Second Hand Pool Tables
Are you considering buying a second hand pool table? We supply second hand pool tables from £395, but the pool tables we sell have newly recovered slates, and the cushions rubbers checked to make sure you get a good bounce. These are the only parts of the table that the balls are in contact with, and you will not be able to play a very good game unless they are in good order.
We have often had customers asking for advise when they have bought a pool table cheap, but they say they can not play a very good game `because the cushions are dead'. Some customers have bought pool tables for £100 or less, and then found that they have to spend £150 on recovering, and need new cushions because the ones on their table have worn, or hardened with age. You should remember that many cheap tables are being sold because of this reason.
A new set of covered cushions can cost up to £89 (depending on model), and when you add that to the £150 for table recover, and £100 for the actual table, they discover that their pool table was not such a bargain after all and many wish they had bought a new one instead.
